DELIVERY TIME

The delivery times shown on our website are always estimates. Standard delivery times are 3 to 5 business days after your payment has been confirmed.

RETURNS

To request a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, along with the brand packaging.

In the event of a product return, the customer must send the product back using their preferred shipping method, covering the shipping costs.

To receive a refund, you must first check if your purchase qualifies. The refund will be processed according to your original payment method after the package has been received at the brand's Atelier.

Items purchased at a discount are NOT eligible for returns.

Items must NOT exceed 15 days after delivery to be subject to the Returns process.

CHANGES

For a product exchange, the costs must be covered by the customer.

The customer must return the product using their preferred shipping method, covering the shipping costs. Once the item is received by our team and confirmed to be in good condition, the replacement will be sent.

The customer will absorb the shipping costs for returning items or making a change of model or size.
